We appreciate your interest in Pioneer Academy of Science - South Jersey, and we are anticipating a full review of your candidacy. Admission procedure of Pioneer Academy of Science - South Jersey is explained below.
1. Complete all of the forms in the application package making sure that they are signed. Return the forms with a tuition deposit of $500.00, ($ 900.00 if you have two children) which will be credited towards your annual tuition upon acceptance.

2. After you return your application, schedule your entrance exam and interview date with the office. Pioneer Academy of Science - South Jersey should evaluate the candidate's records and interview him/her to make a decision.
In order to evaluate an applicant, Pioneer Academy of Science - South Jersey must have:
- A report of performance from previous school. (Student's previous year and current year report cards.)
- A record of any standardized tests taken by the applicant.
- Recommendation Letters from Teachers, Guidance Counselor or Principal
- The score of the entrance exam, which will be taken at PASSJ.
- An on-campus interview with the applicant and his/her parents.
- A copy of the applicant's birth certificate and current health records of the applicant.
- School Records Transfer form (to be signed by the parent and mailed to the student's current school)
3. Upon completion of the applicant's file and an interview with the principal, the application will be reviewed. Notification of the decision will be sent by mail in two weeks the latest after the registration date. |
